Sestala publishes the structure of Sestala Monthly: one product, three sizes
Sestala publishes how its membership is built - one product in three sizes, sessions rather than time slots, each studio setting its own price.
Europe, 1 October 2026 - Sestala today published the structure of Sestala Monthly, its membership: one product in three sizes, named by how often a member comes. The sizes are one, two or four sessions a month, and a first session can be paid once and taken on its own. The first studios open in 2027 in Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, so the structure is public before any studio is trading.
The three sizes are the same session at different frequencies, not better and worse versions of it. Recovery 60 runs for 60 minutes and Recovery 25 for 25 minutes, and both are draped throughout, with the pressure set by the member and held for the whole session. Which size a member takes changes how often they come, never what the session is.
A membership buys sessions, not time slots. A member books when it suits them and uses the sessions at the pace the size allows. A person who joins after a first session has that session come off the first month, one per person.
Every studio is partner-run under licence and sets its own prices. Sestala publishes what a membership is and does not publish what it costs, so no price appears on the brand pages; the number lives on each studio’s page.
“A membership should be explainable in one sentence before anyone is asked to pay for it,” said Jörg Olbing, founder. “One product, three frequencies, the same session every time.”
