Sestala sets out to build Europe's recovery standard

Europe, 7 August 2026 - Sestala today set out its plan to build a European standard for machine recovery sessions: an honest hour, draped throughout, at a pressure the person sets and can change or stop at any second - delivered to the same standard in every room that carries the name.

The company will open in Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom side by side, through partner-run shops under licence and through shop-in-shop corners inside gyms, hotels and practices. No studio is trading yet, and the company says so plainly.

“The machines exist, and they are good - premium clubs in London and New York already run them,” said Jörg Olbing, founder. “What does not exist in Europe is a standard: one name that means the session is consistent, the hygiene is recorded, and the pressure is always yours. That is the company we are building.”
